Kieran founded KJ Management Accounting Solutions to give small business owners the kind of finance function usually reserved for much bigger companies — proactive, strategic, and built around where the business is heading, not just where it’s been.
After years working across financial management and reporting, Kieran saw the same gap again and again: business owners who were great at what they do, but were flying blind on cash flow and left to make big decisions without clear numbers behind them.
Today he works hands-on with a select group of clients as a virtual financial controller — forecasting, planning, and making sure the numbers are working for the business, not just sitting in a spreadsheet.
